Supplies and was not returnable. I could understand if it had been used but it had not. I found invoices from he 2nd and 3rd of September that said no returns on hurricane supplies. Good thing I didn't try to return my light bulbs from those tickets.
Customer service is the road to success. A good business never should loose a good client

They were the only hardware store to sell the right size roller assembly for a sliding glass door in century village. And the part was cheaper than the other stores. Total win
Everyone is rude here including the store manager. They treated us like we were part of a consecration camp when we needed hurricane supplies. very happy that we were able to visit Orchard supply across the street, they were friendly and knowledgeable. ACE will most likely not be around much longer, blame your customer service "Frank"
Frank (the owner) and his team are always very accommodating and knowledgeable. They have a generous return policy and I have never had a bad experience in all the years the store has been there and I go there very regularly, being the weekend household project guy that I am.

Friday was my last visit to Ace Hardware in Deerfield Beach. I purchased 2 extension cords on
This was my first visit to this Ace to pick up an online order. Between ordering and picking it up I found something that worked better, so I asked to return the item. The man behind the other register rudely quipped, "We can't return it without the form." I tried to ask where to get the form...online? He once again rudely replied, "Yeah I guess, I don't know, call them." The lady who was checking me out then handed me the form to sign, and the form clearly said to return it to a local store (no mention of any form). I mentioned that and the man at the other register again VERY rudely said, "It doesn't matter, we can't return it without the form." I left and thanked them for not being very helpful, and proceeded to look up the online return policy. It clearly states to return an online to a local storm - NO form mentioned OR provided. I will be returning this item to a different Ace and will never step foot in the Deerfield one again. So thankful to have Orchard across the street where they are incredibly helpful and have amazing customer service!!
September the 15th. I kept one cord and took the other cord back for credit. I was told it was Hurricane
I plan to shop at Lowe's and the new hardware across the street.
