Everyone was so kind. Scott went above and beyond giving out water. What a calming effect he had to all in line. The pharmacy women are the greatest. Once again a very calming effect. Thank you for hiring some good people.
Management excellent. If an item you need is not in store.they will order you that item if they can. My experience shopping at this Publix is always pleasant.
I do not like the customer service at Glades and 441 and Powerline andb hillsboro!! I love the customer service at the southwest corner of lyons and Hillsboro. Instead of 5 stars I will give them 10. They are the best. No other Publix like them. I think all the people in all the Publix supermarkets should learn from them. Beautiful people always smiling, always helpful, they Go the extra mile. In Publix at Glades and 441 and Hillsboro and powerline, I think there is descrimination and lack of good customer service!!! My congratulations to my favorite Publix Supermarkets at he southwest corner of Hillsboro and Lyons!!!
Not even think about saving time placing an order online on the Deli department, is never ready when you go pick it up, plus worst customer service when you ask for your order.
Contrary to what someone else said, I shop here all the time, and the staff is cooperative and helpful. Have seen rude customers once in awhile, but that’s to be expected anywhere, unfortunately.
